We love and appreciate every single one of our clients-whether your pup has been with us for years or just joined the family! As we head into our busiest season, we want to gently remind everyone that our bookings operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis. To keep things fair for all of our pups, we cannot move or cancel someone else’s appointment to fit another one in, even for our most loyal regulars.
If you want to secure your pup’s favorite spot, please make sure to book well in advance! We want to see all your furry friends, but our calendar fills up fast. Thank you so much for your understanding, loyalty, and love!
